NicNats Bakery is a fully licensed home based bakery in South Hadley, Ma. I am a one women operation and I put a lot of love into every order.

NicNats is named after my nieces Nicole (Nic) and Natalie (Nat) who inspired me to start baking for and with them when they were little. My husband Josh really pushed me into taking that big leap of quiting my day job and driving right into baking full time!

Every order is fully customized just the way you'd like it. From small family partied to large weddings, I can make your vision come to life. 

On top of making bakery items, I also make custom gift and craft items for parties, weddings, baby showers, and home. I often attend local craft shows where I sell both baked good and craft items.
